Frequently Asked Questions
We are often asked questions about what we do, how we do it and why we are a good choice for getting the job done. We’ve tried to answer some of the more common questions here. If you would like to discuss how we might be able to help you, please contact us for a prompt reply.
Q: What is grouting?
A: Grouting is simply repairing and maintaining infrastructure. It could range from applying grout to your shower stall to repairing the manholes in a street to fixing a leaky dam.
Q: What type of grouting do you do?
A: We focus on the needs of the municipal, commercial and industrial markets.
Q: Do you have any particular areas of specialization that distinguish West Coast Grouting?
A: Yes. We specialize in confined spaces. In other words, we have the experience and know-how to fix problems that are difficult and sometimes dangerous.
Q: Where do you work?
A: Our office is in Fort Langley, British Columbia, Canada. Our clients are primarily in the lower mainland of British Columbia. We have, however, taken on projects in northern BC and Alberta locales.
Q: How do you work within our timelines and budgetary planning schedules?
A: We aim to be the most responsive provider of municipal, commercial and industrial grouting services in western Canada. We prefer to plan mid-sized to large projects six months or more in advance, however, we also are known for being responsive in emergency situations.
